Room for rent

Sandra L - $2,000/month

About Me

Hello!
I'm looking for a roommate in a converted 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom high-rise building in Chelsea/Midtown South for a 12-month lease starting Sept. 1st. Both rooms are around the same size and they both fit a queen bed, dresser and desk. The also have almost floor-length windows with great views. I will be living in the master bedroom.
The apartment is located in a luxury building with amenities including gym, rooftop terraces, residents' lounge, FT doorman, live-in super, etc. AND they are all for free! Also, since it would be a lease takeover, the wall is already up (so no cost at all, even when we decide to take it down) and there are no additional fees other than the application fee. The building is located a minute away from the 34 St Penn Station subway stop and 3 min away from the Herald Square subway stop.
Rent for the available room would be around USD 2,000.
As for me, I am in my mid-20s and I am originally from South America. I am relocating from D.C. and will be working as a tax consultant in Midtown. I graduated from Georgetown Law this spring - before that, I was working/studying in Europe. I am generally clean, quiet and respectful and would like to live with someone of similar character.
Let me know if you're interested! Hope to hear from you soon :)
