I have a private bedroom available for immediate move-in at Villas on 26th in a 4x3 with all females! The apartment complex is super nice and has a pool, gym, and hot tub, and each living room has a 60” TV, surround sound speakers, and an iPad on the wall with Bluetooth. The rent is usually $1,050, but I’m willing to lower it to $800 which is a super great deal!! The lease is until July 31, 2018 and I’ve already paid the deposit. The three females that live there are all 22-23 year olds who both work and go to school, and are amazing roommates but also super laid back, and like to go out on the weekends. They keep the apartment nice to come home to, but are also great people to chill with.
