I'm a teacher in my late 20s looking for a quiet, warm home. I enjoy cooking, reading & watching sci fi, following pro sports, and discussing history & current events. I'm happy to have a roommate be someone I'd hang out with, or just someone who shares space well.

I keep common areas tidy, especially the bathroom and kitchen. My room is sometimes messy but never unclean. I am an early bed/early riser but I don't make much noise. At my last place I was responsible for bills and upkeep for 6 years, so I'm very on top of those things.

I have a partner who will stay over sometimes, probably every couple of weekends or the occasional weeknight. Other times I'll be at her place and you'll have the apartment to yourself! She has a delightful 4-y/o medium-sized dog who will come visit with her.

My only past roommate conflicts have been with folks who don't take care of common space or don't pay bills on time. Most of my past roommates are either good friends or people I've left on good terms with. I do my best to communicate my needs and to listen to yours too!
