I am currently looking for a roommate. My current roommate is moving out on August 16th to LA. If you're interested let me know, and I'll  send you pictures. I might have a bed coming in so the room might end up being fully furnished. I am attaching pictures.

My hours are pretty standard, I work at a bank and I also bartend at night.
I am very easy going and not too much bothers me but when it does I will be sure to let you know. I don't try to bring the party back home but when I do I make sure to give my roomies a heads up (either that or they are part of the party I bring home)

Room
150 sq ft carpeted, two windows a coffee table, bookshelf and closet.

Apartment
It has a decent sized kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. I am pretty neat and clean on my days off, hopefully we keep the place tidy. I try and do the dishes same night and don't try to get them overly piled up.

Location
Centrally located in between Nob Hill and Chinatown. It is minutes from public transportation. There is a laundramot next to the apartment as well as a parking garage. Liquor stores, grocery stores and restaurants are all within an arms reach.
