I am moving offices for my job from LA to SF and am looking for a place to live starting Oct 1st. Here is a little bit about myself: I am 23, from southern California originally, and went to Michigan for school. My job is in the financial district and I typically work pretty long hours (8am-10/11pm is standard Mon-Thurs) so I probably won’t be around the apartment much during the week. I tend to be pretty clean (I eat at work so no dirty dishes!) and easy going. I am not a big party-holder, but will sometimes invite a friend or two over to watch TV. I don’t usually have people stay over for a night/weekend, but am considerate about letting my roommates know ahead of time. On the weekends, I try to get outside and go hiking or play some sports since I am cooped up all week.

If you would like references, I can give you the number of roommates who can vouch for my ability to pay rent on time and anything else you want to ask them.
