I have a boyfriend and a very sweet cat, as well as another very nice roommate. At home I like to keep things relaxed, but I like going out and having fun. I like to keep reasonably tidy but I'm very flexible and definitely not OCD. I also love to share, so anything that's mine in the apartment is yours too, as long as you chip in and do your part to help keep our shared space clean.

My current roommate and I (2 gay guys in our late 20's) are looking for someone to move into the 3rd bedroom in our Bushwick apartment. The room is big enough for a queen sized bed and has a nice closet and 2 big windows for plenty of sunlight. The room comes with a full-sized bed frame but no other furniture. It also has a large fire escape out the window that's a little balcony.The apartment was gut-renovated a few years ago, so everything is pretty new, and it has central air conditioning, and the kitchen has a dishwasher.
It's a great location in Buswhick 2 minutes to both the L and M trains and just 2 blocks from Maria Hernandez Park There's a great laundromat on the corner and multiple supermarkets within a few blocks. There are also tons of bars, cafes, restaurants...etc.
We are very relaxed and like to keep things that way at home. That being said, we both like to go out and have fun and ideally be friendly with whoever lives here. We also share chores and cleaning, which isn't much split between 3 people. I'm a big sharer, so if you live here, anything that's mine is yours too. As long as you're able to communicate, we'll get along just fine. I have a very sweet cat, so please be cat friendly. Also LGBT friendly and 420 friendly are musts.
