I'm currently committed to a lease and looking to renew for the next year. I have one other roommate and we're looking for a 3rd.

I'm quiet for the most part, since I work early and late hours but friendly whenever I cross paths with my roommate. I'm happy to just split the rent and be cordial or if our personalities mesh I'm open to hanging out socially!

I work in entertainment and therefore frequently binge television series' but also enjoy exploring the city and brunching with friends.

We truly value cleanliness and respectfulness in our apartment -- so we take turns in buying TP, dish soap, paper towels etc. and if you plan on having overnight guests or male partners over we just ask for a heads up in the group chat.
