Luxury Apt Near Columbus Circle!

ROOM:

Renting out the true bedroom in a flex 2 bedroom (I took the flex). Wood floors, LOTS of closet space and giant windows (8th floor!); room also comes with a brand new bed (mattress and frame). We'll be sharing the (huge) bathroom, kitchen and living space. Kitchen is pretty much fully stocked in terms of appliances/pots/pans/etc and living room is completely furnished (bought a new couch since taking these pictures).

Lease goes until end of Sep 2019.

We'd split wifi ($40/month) and electricity (all other utilities are included in rent).

BUILDING:

Building (The Max) is a brand new luxury apartment building. Amenities include full gym (which I've never found to be crowded at all; consists of cardio room, weight room, yoga room and full basketball court), 3 rooftop decks (including 4 total grills), 3rd floor lounge and outdoor patio, laundry room, screening room, and 24 hr doormen. (Amenites fee is $50/person/month).

The Max is located in Columbus Circle/Midtown West area (1 ish block from the Hudson). It is about a 10-12 min walk to the Columbus Circle subway station. There's also a bus stop about 1 block from the building. Still a quieter, up-and-coming area but lots of new tenants coming in. There's a Hudson Market across the street, a Starbucks 1 block away, and a Whole Foods in Columbus Circle. Really on the border of Hell's Kitchen as well so an easy walk to many more bars and restaurants.
