I am renting 1bd/ 1ba in 2bd/2bath apartment located in the heart of Uptown Oakland. This is a modern apartment with hardwood floors, new appliances, and all the amenities. If you want to be in the middle of the scene this is the perfect place. You can walk to all the nice restaurants, bars and 19th st bart is one block away. View of the Fox Theater form balcony. Washer and dryer inside the unit and best of all gated parking spot. It is available Nov 1st for move in and I will be showing later this week.

Best part there is underground gated parking garage and washer/dryer inside the unit.

I am in my early 30s and work 6 days a week. Usually, leave around 8 am and get back around 7pm. In my free time I like to go to the gym, watch some tv, sports, go to the bars and check out local restaurants.
About you: Fairly clean and responsible, able to pay rent on time. Good credit is a plus but if you are young and starting off new its not a deal breaker. Sorry, no pets due to allergies.
