The new lease starts on October 1st, and we need to sign it before the end of this month.

I am also a DJ and doing marketing for entertainment & eyewear designer company. I have many friends in the City and I like to make friends from all over the world! Another roommate is a model with stable income and handsome lol
Cats are welcome(We don't have a pet). I care about environmental cleansing very much and roommates have to be respectful to each other!
