Hello! I'm moving from Miami, Florida to LA on or around May 28, 2018. My job is in El Segundo, so I am looking to live on the West Side or Culver City. I'm easy going, clean, and reliable. Ideally, I would want to find an apt/condo/whatever with AC and an in-unit Washer/Dryer. If you have dog, I'm fine with dogs but will be working weird hours so I don't want shared responsibility. Cats - not so much - slight allergy to cats. Also, not sure if this is something that needs to be mentioned, but I have some friends in LA...so don't worry about the new girl in town clinging to you or your plans, although I'm always down to go out and grab a drink with my roommate.
