I am a retired Cantonese mother with an Active Lifestyle! I excerise daily and volunteer on the weekends.. My passion is animals and I have helped out with the SPCA before. I’m quiet and will have minimal interaction with you.
I have two bedrooms for rent in my apartment. Both are furnished with bed and some tables. One has a small walk in closet! Seeking a clean and responsible employed roommate.
We are located on 24th Ave and Geary Blvd in San Francisco. I have some pets but they wont bother be in your room or bother you. We all share a bathroom and the kitchen. I’m looking for someone who doesn’t cook a lot, and when he/she does, they batch cook, in order to minimize grease and clean up in the kitchen, as its pretty small.

Hello!
We have two bedrooms for rent. One is larger than the other, but the medium size one has a walk in closet. The rooms are furnished with beds and dresser and /or tables.
We share the common areas of the bathroom and kitchen. Basically, I dont use the showe or bathroom as I go to the gym to shower, so it will mostly be for your use. Kitchen is small so I’m hoping to find a roommate who doesn’t cook too much or does batch cooking.
There is washer and dryer in the basement. Also we have some pets, but they will be staying in my room and side of the house. THey are sweet and wont bother you.
