I'm a Filmmaker with a short documentary film currently on the festival circuit. In development for a feature film.
Also work as an Editor at HBO working on shows like Game of Thrones, Sharp Objects and The Deuce. My hours during the week are pretty hectic, working 10-8 most days.
Usually I head out afterwards to events or social events. During the weekends I'm more chill and like to hang out in the neighborhood, working from home on my own projects or biking around and visiting friends or the farmers market.
Been living in New York City for 7 years, the majority of that time in Ridgewood and Bushwick. I like to keep things low key and mellow. I'm very chill and like to keep positive vibes with my roommates.
I like to live clean and organized, although sometimes when I'm in frantic creative mode I get a little messy. This is a 2bedroom Apartment that I'd like to consider a home. I plan to outfit the halls with plants, and the walls with interesting art.
Interested in those who like to be independent and low key, but friendly and chill. I'm cool with low key roommate hang outs, having friends over for screenings or hosting dinner parties.

The Room:
This 2 bedroom is cozy yet airy and open with a spacious bedroom, lots of natural light, quiet neighborhood so not much noise. We have a beautiful hallway with lots of lights that I'd like to fill with plants.
The Apartment:
Comfortable kitchen room area that we could put an eating table on. Kitchen appliances are in great condition and bathroom is very nice. Plenty of closets and nice hardwood floors with a long hallway. The heating keeps things warm during the winter, the AC is a window unit.
The Neighborhood:
Great area right in northern/central Bed Stuy! - lots of cool cafes, bars and restaurants. Saraghina's, L'antagoniste just to name a few. Cafe's and coffee shops also littered throughout the neighborhood. Key foods 1 block away among other grocery stores.
YOU:
Fully Employed, creative professional type preferred. Doesn't bring the party home and likes to keep low key vibes at home. I like to be social when I'm not feeling introverted, and would look for someone that equally respects space and privacy, but isn't also a complete stranger in the home.
Note: These photo's are from the previous tenant to give you an idea of the space. I will be keeping some of the furniture in the kitchen/living room, but will also be adding photography and art to the wall. I plan to keep the vibe clean, organized but make it a creative, peaceful decor.
