I have an unfurnished private room opening up in November. The house is a charming 2 BR 1BA, Row House in West Kensington. Just steps away from the Septa Market-Frankford train. 5 blocks away from Fishtown's Frankford Ave district. Perfect for a young professional or graduate student.
The room size is 8ft by 12ft with closet, window and is located in the back of the house. The rental includes shared space of furnished living room, full kitchen, bathroom, basement storage, small garden patio with bike shed. A washer and dryer is conveniently located upstairs.
Rent is $675 plus a security deposit of $350. Month to Month contract and proof of identification. Utilities are not included. No pets please, I have one small, friendly, hypoallergenic dog and not looking to add another.
