Looking for a third roommate for a three-person share. This unit is a one bed + hm office which has been converted into a 3 bed apartment (a wall has been created in the living room to create the 3rd bm). The building is on Wall Street features a 24-hour doorman, gym, roof deck, laundry room, huge common lounge, and private theater room. Subway stops (2,3,4,5,J,A,C and R) are in short walking distance away.

The room for rent is the home office which is fully furnished (circled in red in the floor plan). It is a massive room that has a queen size bed, a desk with shelving and a generous ensuite attached. Room includes a big closet providing excellent storage. This is the largest bedroom, and it is situated away from the living area and other bedrooms. The rent $1600 does not include electricity or cable; monthly utility bill will be divided it evenly amongst the 3 of us.

Ash: I am female, 25, non-smoker; I am an architecture graduate at Columbia University from New Zealand. And will be looking for a job in NYC shortly after graduation. I am very friendly, thoughtful, laid-back and easy to get along with. I like to keep my place clean and tidy and I respect giving people their space. I am a pretty active individual, I like to play sports and go for runs. I love to cook and I am an appreciator of good food (hence the running) and I am a social person (but not a party animal) and is always keen to meet new people from all walks of life.

Howie: He is my best friend, 25, gay, from New Zealand, athletic, also very laid back, non-smoker. He is an architect, a very sweet guy, uber clean and artsy. He is a fantastic cook, and thoughtful of others. You will find that he too is very easy to get along with, he's an extremely fun and social guy, but again not a party animal.

You: Professional employed, can provide recent pay-stubs and w2s (required by the building management). You will be clean, a non-smoker, between the ages of 25 -- 35, laid back, easy going and drama free.
