I currently live in Downtown Jersey City in The Gotham. There is an exact unit available to move in Sept 15th a few floors down that is a little cheaper. I would like to find a roommate who is interested in living there. It is a 2 bed and 2 bath apartment. The master bedroom would be yours. I am a late morning person who works a typical 9-5pm job. I sometimes work later hours. After work I would go to the gym that is in the building, watch tv, cook dinner, study for actuary exams, and sleep. The apartment is a 20 minute commute to downtown NYC. It is a 2 bed and 2 bath apartment. The master bedroom is available and has a very large closet and private bathroom. A gym is inside the building as well. There is an in unit dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Water is included. Air and heat is in the unit as well.
