Hello I am looking for a roommate starting 12/01/2018 to be on a lease. The room is only for single occupancy. No pets allowed. The rent is $750 a month not including electric and gas. 1600 to move in.We will separate the gas and electric each month which will be a total of around $60. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living which is all furnished except for the room. The room is very cozy and can fit a queen size bed. I also have a porch which will gain access too! I am looking for some who is very CLEAN and that DOES NOT smoke. I don't mind music but the landlord does not like loud music.
