A/C in the loft, which is awesome during the summer. I have a washer and dryer and there is also some in the building for use. The house is furnished and I have an amazing projector which is awesome for movies and sports! Small patio facing 6th street, really nice to enjoy coffee or a bite to eat. Pool/hot tub/ and gym/sauna on the rooftop. There's a security guard at the desk 24 hours, always signs for packages and shipments! (Gotta love your Amazon Prime!!) Parking is included in this price with a tandem spot located in the building which is great! We can discuss further details in person.

I have a small teacup chihuahua named Jacque, I love to go out around downtown, catch some good happy hour, or stay at home and cook too!
