Hello,
I am looking for a responsible, considerate, and some what clean person/s to rent the large bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment. I am usually in class or at work or sleeping in my room, so it would feel like you live alone the majority of the time. The apartment is located on the top floor with skylights and front room gets lots of sun, friendly neighbors, and an outside patio. Utilities are included. The laundry room is downstairs in the building and is $1.75 for wash and $1.50 for dry. There's a backyard for BBQ and sun bathing, or gardening. The apartment is in a great location. It is safe, in walking distance from USF, restaurants, cafes and bars. 2 blocks from University of San Francisco and a block from the golden gate park. Located near bus lines 5,21,31,33, 38,44. Market around the corner and Safeway with in walking distance. You can also join the USF gym which is about 3 blocks away or the LiveFit Gym which is 4 blocks away.
