Hi!

I'm looking for two roommates, in a 2 bedroom converted to 3 bedroom apartment. The building is a luxury building with a doorman, elevators, laundry room, a gym, and a patio/grill area. Rent is $1900/month for the second true bedroom, and $1800/month for the flex room (FULL wall). The flex room and true second bedroom have a shared bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom both renovated in January (stainless steel appliances, granite countertops). Both kitchen/common areas are fully furnished, as well. The room can be fully furnished or unfurnished (your preference).

Cross streets include a 24 hour CVS, 24 hour Deli, grocery store, and liquor store. 10 min walk to Columbus Circle and Central Park. ACE subway on 8th Ave < 10 min walk, as well as BD line and 1 line < 10 min walk away.
