My name is Stephanie and I live in this beautiful cozy 3 BR apartment with my roommate Robert.
We are currently looking to for someone not only to rent the extra room but become part of our household. Someone who is fun, chill, clean and flexible.

We are hard workers, we hustle for a living! Don't get me wrong we like to have fun, drink some wine, go out and party but responsible adults.
We are also very clean and we like to keep the common area tidy.

THE APARTMENT:
- 3 BR
- 1.5 BATHROOM
- Rooftop access
- Laundry
- Nearby Trains: JMZ - G at Flushing and L at Montrose (FAST access to downtown Brooklyn, Williamsburg and Manhattan)

THE ROOMMATES:
- Stephanie-I am 26 years. Working as a part-time real estate paralegal and studying to get my master degree in NYU. I love to cook, go the the gym and be a homebody, although I love this summer parties. Baby Boy Blue is my 3 months puppy.
- Robert is 26 years old. Works as a male nanny and is studying NY University of Technology He is very active, like to go the the gym occasionally, not that of a staying at home guy but he has his moments. Luna is his pet cat.

- We are both from Puerto Rico and we've been best friends almost 6 years.
- We love to watch TV series. We like to chill, host our friends for brunch, dinner or just drinking, among other things.
-We both are early birds, we like to take advantage of the day so we can chill in the evening.
- We like to keep things very tidy, most of all in the common and shared areas.

IDEAL ROOMMATE:
- Fun, judgement free, chill, happy, positive and clean.
- Drama free!

RENT:
- $1050
- Utilities not included (On average: $85 to $95/ month) - gas, electricity, internet and cable, netflix, hulu, hbo, showtime, etc.
- It can be month to month but a month of security deposit is required.
