Maegan M A - $1,900/month

I am 29 years old and have been living in NYC since college (I lived in Astoria and Brooklyn). I am an attorney and work in Battery Park. I work pretty long hours and usually go to the gym or go out when I'm not working so I'm not home very often (although I do have days where I like to binge on Netflix). I'm pretty clean but not a neat-freak and I don't do a crazy amount of cooking. I occasionally like to have friends over but not too often and nothing crazy. I have lived with random roommates before and have always had success as I get along with most people and respect other people's space (as I would hope for the same in return!).
