Hey everyone, We are two women and one guy living in a four-bedroom here in Hamilton Heights, one block from the #1 train. Rent is month to month and we can do short term or long term. It's a 4-bedroom with 1.5 baths. We all have different schedules so sharing the bathroom isn't an issue. 24-hour laundromat across the street, lots of restaurants popping up in the neighborhood. Rent is $1200/month plus deposit and utilities included, so $2400 to move in. Attached are a couple photos. No smoking, pets, or children. Move in anytime between now and June 15.

A little about us, I'm an opera singer/waitress, one in the restaurant industry, and one in marketing. We're an easy going bunch, try to keep the common areas clean but not crazy about spotlessness. Guests are allowed and encouraged (we all have lives, right?), as long as they are not here when you are not here.
