Hi, I'm a respectful, friendly, independent, and responsible guy looking for a roommate in Hoboken, NJ.

My roommate got married and is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to sign on to a lease in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Uptown Hoboken. The available room is spacious with a window and huge double-door closet. Private bathroom.

I've been teaching in Jersey for six years, so I get up pretty early during the school year and work a lot. I spend about half of my time at my girlfriend's in Brooklyn.

I like to keep my place clean, but I'm probably about average at it. I'm a big believer in making agreements with each other and keeping to them as much as possible.

Occasional guests are fine with me. I'm not a big partier, but I like hosting friendly gatherings from time to time. I'm friendly to cats, dogs, and other pets, though the building doesn't allow them without written permission from the landlord.
