Atakan O - $1,400/month

I am a 24-year-old engineering graduate from Istanbul, Turkey who will be attending the Data Science masters programme at NYU. I am looking for a place to stay for minimum 3 and maximum 12 months starting from mid-August or early September. My budget is 1400$ including utilities and my only other constraint is the travel times to Washington Square being 30 minutes or less whether the room is in Manhattan or Brooklyn. I am a friendly guy, who is clean, neat, respectful and don’t smoke. I am ok to living with pets. I like watching and playing sports and mostly spend my leisure time coding, studying or running.
