We’re looking for a 3rd roommate to fill our master bedroom in our awesome East Village Apartment right on 14th Street.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
2 bedroom flex - 3 bedrooms
1 Bath
Fully furnished living room and kitchen
5th floor with elevator building
Laundry in the building
Utilities included and about $39 a month for cable/internet
ABOUT YOUR ROOM:
Huge room - 15’0” x 12’0”
2 windows
AC Unit included
2 closets in the room
*the girl living in there now fits a queen bed, vanity, a chair and some other furniture (it’s huge compared to the average NYC room!)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Someone on the same level as we are. Respectful, clean, doesn’t bring the party home, etc. Ideally another girl in her mid twenties, young professional or a grad student.
ABOUT THE AREA:
We like to think East Village is the best place to live in for us young adults. We live right on a block with a ton of hidden gem bars and restaurants. I once sat a bar with Ed Sheeran next to me on our street and he told me he heard this was the best jazz bar in Manhattan, he was right. But really, Alphabet City has fantastic bars and restaurants. Walking distance to Union Square. 5 minutes to the L train. 2 minutes to the bus that takes your crosstown and down to the Lower East Side. And hey, it’s a cheap uber home from pretty much anywhere downtown and Brooklyn. Needless to say, we love where we live.
