My biggest goals for my new living situation are minimizing my commute to work (Grand Central area) and living with one or two female roommates who also like to come home to a peaceful space. I generally don’t like my home to be a party house, but I am definitely a fan of occasional intimate dinners and wine nights with friends, and I would love to be able to connect with my roommates in that way. I believe that upfront, honest communication is key to cohabiting successfully. Also, I adore animals, so if you have a pet (or also love animals) that’s a plus!
