Hey, I'm Stefan. I'm originally from the Caribbean and came to NYC for college. I just decided to stay here afterwards and work at a tech company. My current roommate is moving back home so I'm looking for a new roommate. Please remember that the room will come unfurnished (my roommate hasn't moved his stuff out yet but at least the stuff gives you an idea of the room size).
I'm pretty easy-going and I'm looking for a roommate who shares the same qualities as I: 1) Responsible: keeps the general area tidy (kitchen, living room, bathroom etc.). 2) Reasonable: can talk through any issues that might come up. 3) Pays rent/utilities on time.
The room is pretty large and the apartment is a ~5 min walk to the 157th st 1 train. There are a lot of nice restaurants and bars in the area too. I've been living here for a couple of years now and the neighborhood has really grown on me. Cheers.

The apartment's located in Washington Heights. Up and coming neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. 4 min walk to the 1 train, 10 min walk to the A/C trains. Can't stress enough how large the bedroom is.
