About Me: I am (Ana) a Freelancer my schedule varies depending on the project that I am be working on; I’m always out and about with friends, experiencing the nightlife.

Potential roommate: seeking someone who is considerate of others, responsible, clean and out going.

We are located in the Crown Heights area, one block away from the Children Brooklyn Museum, short walk to Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Museum, Eastern Parkway, laundry mat (few blocks away), 2,3,1, A & C train. There are very nice lounges close by as well as coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

The apartment is newly renovated, very spacious in a clean, quite and safe neighborhood. The first picture is the room that is beginning rent out, and the remaining of the space is for share. LIVING SPACE IS AVAILABLE ASAP: looking to rent the living space ideally starting the first of the month, depending on potential roommate situation.

Includes: electricity, gas, wireless Internet & rent☺.
The security deposit will be given back to you when you move out.
One months rent and security deposit. ($750+$750= $1500)

*the room is currently furnished with blue couch and full-size bed and 4 drawers dresser.
If you don't need it and have your own things I will remove it from the room.
