I will graduate with my English degree in May from Oklahoma State. I plan to move to NYC in the last few days of July/first few weeks of August. I have to cats, Roary and Nimoy, both are very sweet, though Nimoy can be a bit skittish with new people. I am looking for a roommate who does not have/is not planning on getting a dog. I am essentially a grandmother in a 21 year old's body. In my free time I read, watch Netflix, and knit occasionally. I am a non-smoker and prefer a roommate who will keep tobacco/drugs out of the house. I am courteous of my roommate, keeping common areas clean, texting to let them know when people will be over (though I don't host often) and expect my roommate to do the same. While I'm not looking for a roommate to be a best friend, I would like someone to get the occasional brunch/explore the city with.
