We are two people looking for a third roommate. There are 3 beds/ 2 bathrooms in the apartment with the third bedroom being a second floor loft. The apartment is spacious and a great location to Hoboken, Jersey City, and NYC for commuting or just going out. We have the apartment furnished already and are just looking for someone to move in with their own bedroom items. The building has a doorman, gym, pool, and there is always street parking available. Its a great location and spacious apartment right near everything you need in the Hoboken/NYC area. The rent is $950 a month plus cable and utilities on a one year lease.
