I am a teacher living in East Harlem and am looking for a roommate. I am very neat and organized, but don't mind if others are not. I am a very picky eater and therefore am rarely found cooking in the kitchen. I am a big television fan and follow almost everything. I think I'm pretty easy going - not a drug user, but am not offended by anyone else partaking.
The apartment is the bottom two levels of a town-house near the 2,3,4,5,6 subway, express buses, and Metro North on 125th St. It is newly renovated and comes with 1.5 baths, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a huge basement space, wood-burning fireplace, and exclusive use of the backyard for this residence. There's a Costco and Target within a ten minute walk. The apartment is mostly furnished with the exception of the second bedroom, but I have an extra dresser if needed.
Please reach out if you have any follow up questions! The space is amazing and I'm hoping to get a roommate within the next few weeks! Ideally I'm looking for someone long term, but am flexible if needed.
