If i'm not working on the weekends, I'm usually found hiking upstate or at the race track with my boyfriend. My awesome roommate is moving out and I'm looking to find someone equally as awesome. Master Suite in a 2 bdrm 2 bath condo. Unfurnished one bedroom with tv wall mount and private bath. Dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit. Balcony, elevator building, two floor gym with m/f locker rooms and steam room. Utilities and maid service (2x a month) included in the rent. I have a small dog (3 lbs 13 year old teacup yorkie, stays in room while i'm gone) so dog friendly is a must. 8 minute walk to N and W trains. 15 min into the city. Move in September 1st. Serious inquiries respond please. Be advised you would be living with myself (makeup artist for television, long crazy hours) and my boyfriend (fdny 24 and 12 hour shifts) as we share the smaller room.
