HUGE master bedroom available in 2 bed/2 bath Manhattan apartment! All utilities included in price!
I'm looking for someone to rent a large room in my large, spacious apartment, starting November 1st or ASAP after that. I am a native New Yorker, who works in hospitality and have been living in the apt for 8 years (i LOVE it here). It's located in Spanish Harlem, close to the 6 train and Central Park. There are tons of great restaurants and bars around.
I'm really laid back, enjoy hanging out in the space, but also going out with friends. The apartment is big enough that we wouldn't be living on top of each other, and you'd also have your OWN bathroom. There is laundry in the basement of the building and also a dishwasher in the apt, along with exposed brick in the huge living room and in both bedrooms. The room does NOT come furnished. I'd ideally like someone to move in for the full year.
