We're looking for someone to sublet from June 1-August 31st, with a strong preference to signing a new lease beginning Sept 1.

THE APARTMENT
1st floor apartment in a four floor walk up building. There are two bedrooms upstairs, along with a kitchenette, bathroom, and common space. The downstairs is solely occupied by one roommate with her own bathroom. We have laundry downstairs in the basement which is added as a small fee to the rent each month (already included in the price below).

Located about 7-8 minute walk to the F/Q line on 63rd and 3rd as well as the 6 line on 68th street. The neighborhood is quiet, but there are a ton of restaurants, bars, fitness studios, grocery stores, and neighborhood attractions.

The apartment is lived in, so the common room is already furnished with a sofa, coffee table, bar stools, and television. The kitchenette is fully stocked with lots of utensils and a dishwasher and a new stove we got a couple months ago. We're both very open to sharing our cookware, so that will be open to you as well.

THE ROOM
The available room is the smallest room in the apartment. It currently holds a twin bed and a dresser, which is perfect if you're the type of person who isn't home too much. While it can fit a full bed, that's all that it will fit. The closet is located in the living room. You would share a bathroom with the other roommate on the first floor.

The bed and mattress can be sold at a discounted price should you like to keep it.

PRICE/TIMELINE
$1078 (June, July, August) + Utilities (~$40-50 a month)
$500 sublet fee (Paid to Management)
$100 application fee (Paid to Management)
Security Deposit (2 months rent to be paid to current roommate)

The sublet would run from June 1st - August 31st. Move in day may be flexible.

THE ROOMMATES
#1 (Upstairs Roommate) MV is a 25 year male working in the entertainment industry. He loves comedy, television, calligraphy, musicals, and spicy margaritas. Based on that description, you could assume he's gay. He's often cooking in the kitchen, making calligraphy videos in the living room, and watching TV.
#2 (Downstairs Roommate) SH is a 26 year old female working in HR. She's often at the neighborhood coffee shops or farmers market, taking ClassPass classes, or talking about how nice it is outside.

Since the room's small, we're looking for someone who would be out during the day with their job and active social life that doesn't bring the party home.
Clean and respectful, but not a neat freak.
No drama. We both get along really well, and it's nice to have a peaceful apartment!
