Hello beautiful people,

We are two girls in our early 20's looking for a third roommate to keep us company in our 3rd floor, 1700 square foot apartment. We are located less than a block off the Berwyn redline stop, two blocks from the Berwyn Bus stop, and right off the Foster exit on Lakeshore Drive (which means we are right by the Foster dog beach!). We will have been here for two years as of this May and we love the place too much to move out now, so we are hoping to find someone wonderful to replace our current roommate, who will be moving out this spring. The location is fabulous; Mariano's is 2-3 blocks away, Jewel Osco is about a block, and there are several restaurants, fast food options, and markets within walking distance.

One of us is wrapping up a Bachelor's at Loyola Chicago and I will be teaching full time come August, so we are looking for someone who can be respectful and understanding of student and school lifestyle and habits in the house. Ultimately, we are just looking for a pleasant guy or girl to live with for the next year. We are both pretty Type B when it comes to personality and we like to think we are pretty chill people overall so nothing crazy, good vibes only.

Unfortunately, the lease doesn't approve pets (even though we love them) and the unit only has one bathroom (so we hope you don't mind sharing). Other than that, laundry is downstairs and is coin opperated (annoying, we know) and the landlord and her family (they live on the first floor) are really nice and understanding. Also since we have been here for awhile, we have accumulated a bit of furniture and what not, you know things that make a house a home. So feel free to bring some items, but no need to feel obligated other than for your own room.
