Room in Solid 3Br Apartment by the Marcy Ave Stop in Williamsburg

My roommate Garrett (24) and I (25) are looking for someone to fill an open bedroom in our 3br apartment starting anywhere from August 1 to September 1. (September 1 would be the start of a new lease, so either 12 or 13 months.) All of the common areas are already furnished, so you'd only need to furnish the open room, whits fits a full size bed comfortably. We live off the JMZ line, right by the Marcy stop (first stop into Williamsburg). The apartment was fully renovated recently, and has high ceilings, exposed brick, and an in-unit washer/dryer combo. We also have roof access via a ladder in the closet. We are 1 block from a grocery store, 2 blocks from a gym, and a ten minute walk to Bedford (the heart of Williamsburg). Rent would be $1160 per person.

I like to think Garrett and I are generally agreeable, good roommates. We keep decently clean, work regular hours during the week, and chill on the weekends.
