Room is newly available for Feb 1st. Ideally, as soon as, we can fill the room the better.
Our place is very big for the location and cost. It's bright and beautiful... In my humble opinion. It's one of the last apartments left under market price for this area.
Your new room is on the cozy size but you can fit a whole lot in there including a pretty large armoire, a small desk and a full/queen bed. My roommate left the dresser so that could be yours if you need.
It's right off the 4th ave and 9th st stop, a block away from the train (R, F & G) along with 2 gyms, supermarket, a bank and post office. . .the height of convenience I tell ya
And you will also love your fun new roomies. We love dogs (you have to too), we have a dog (see above), we have jobs (you have to), we have (quirky) personalities (you don't have to), we're laid back and lighthearted (Californian).
We're in our early 30s, I work in video production and Lucy gets to travel anywhere she wants for money. Lucy rock climbs and snowboards--she's bit of kick ass daredevil and always a ray of sunshine. I'm very active as well. I do yoga everyday and bike everywhere when I can.
Our new roommate is responsible, cleanly, considerate, honest and mature (over 25 please).
If you're interested in meeting or coming to see the apartment soon, please email when you're free to see it and something interesting about you as well as the basic info..How old? Where are you from? what do you do? Interests/ hobby?
If you'd like, leave an instagrams or whatever they do these days.
FYI Our deal breakers are--just so we don't waste your time-- not being able to clean up on a regular basis, trouble w communicating, having guests over excessively (more than a couple night a week).
The rent is $900 and the utilities (including internets) average less than 100 bucks a month. Only someone with a stable employment/ financial situation--must show standard leasing documents. You should also be planning to stay at least 6 MONTHS.
We're looking for someone to move in asap, Feb 1 or any time before March 1st
| Move in Date | Feb 2025 |
| Lease Duration | 6 Months |
| Age | 31 |
| Occupation | Video Production |

We think Alana’s room is fantastic! But in case you want to see more…
