I am a young Mexican human rights defender. I have just been admitted to course the MPA in Practice of Development at Columbia School of International and Public Affaires and will be in NYC from August 2017 to May 2019.

I am liberal, relaxed and open-minded. I am very social and love to know new interesting people to exchange exiting ideas.

I have lived in Europe before so I love to have friends from all around the world visiting as they enrich the atmosphere with their diversity.

I am quitting smoking but I am very tolerable with smoke. I love animals but I don't have any plan to have a pet of my own while in NYC.

I like family visits and I am a good conversationalist with siblings, moms and grandfathers. My husband will be doing his PHD in Pittsburgh and will occasionally visit me in NYC.

Ideally, I am looking for people not only to share a space, but also to build up a community and a support and friendship network =)
