Hi I am looking for a roommate to fill a open room beginning as soon as you would like. I am only looking for a long term roommate at least 12 months and may continue on to live here. The room comes unfurnished however you can buy the previous roommates bed and desk if desired . The apartment is very large with the kitchen separate from living space. Monthly rent is 900 a month and includes utilities, this room is also a walk through style. Myself and my boyfriend and one other roommate currently live there, he is in construction and I am a student (we are all in our mid 20's). We are incredibly friendly and respectable and enjoy keeping the apartment clean and inviting. I also have a second bedroom available August 21th if that move in date is better for you.
