I've just moved to New York from Austin to finish my degree at Queens College. I'm easygoing and respectful, I clean up after myself but I'm not a neat freak. I have a cat, so pet friendly is a must, but if there's any issue (such as allergies or another pet), I'm okay with keeping her in my room since she's 16 and fairly sedentary. On top of being a full time student, I will also be working full time at a restaurant and likely won't spend too much time at home, though in my downtime I like to watch movies and cook. Not a hard partier but I do enjoy to go out with friends from time to time. I don't partake in 420 but don't mind if you do.
