We're looking for a fun, young professional female to move into our open bedroom at 200 Water Street in the Financial District.
Rent: $1,400/month
Bills: Electric and cable are about $100/month together.
Security deposit: Deposit equivalent to one month's rent required. Must also provide proof that you make 40x the rent in your annual salary.
Move-in date: August 15, with potential to renew year-long lease starting October 1
About us: We're both fun and outgoing professionals in our late 20s. Allie graduated from Ohio State and enjoys running, traveling, meeting new people, and just generally having a blast. Nicole graduated from FIT and currently works as a buyer in fashion. She enjoys a good face mask and Lifetime movie. We're good friends, but also have our own groups of friends as well. We both love to go out and have a fun time, but keep the party out of the apartment.
About the apartment: 3-flex bedroom in a luxury building across from the South Street Seaport. Also close to Stone Street and a 10-minute walk to the Fulton Center Subway Stop (2,3,4,5,J,R,W,A,C,E). The building has a laundry room, gym, study room/lounge, and 24/7 front desk attendants. Our rooftop has amazing views and is great for laying out in the summer or having drinks after a long day.
