I'm looking to sublet my room on the 45th Floor at the luxurious Ivy Tower. The lease would be until the end of September 2018 (10 months). The building amenities include gym, lounge with tv and wifi, free coffee, pool table, terrace with awesome city views, laundry at the Club level, 24 hour front desk, security, and doorman.
The apartment is a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment. A wall has been built in the living room to separate the second bedroom and the common area. I am subleasing the actual bedroom. It has amazing city views, fits a queen size bed, dresser, desk, and couch (it’s huge), also has a very spacious closet.

Your potential roommate is a 25-year-old young professional who works in finance and travels a lot. He’s clean, quiet, considerate, responsible, respectful, and works long hours.
