I am an incoming masters student at Carnegie Mellon's New York Campus studying Computational Finance. I love food, running, billiards and golf. I don't watch too much TV, but I do like to read allot. On weekends I like to go places and try new foods with friends. If the weather is good I like to run outside. I am clean and tidy, non-smoker.

I am from Delaware and need to relocate to NYC for my masters program. I am looking either to join on a 12 month lease with someone, or to look at apartments with someone. I am willing to consider subleases, but it should not be shorter than 6 months and should have the option to renew. My ideal move in date is July 1 thru July 23, as my masters program begins July 30.
