First last and security to move in plus a background check and we need to make sure we get on well. Looking for a low key individual that will not have a lot of guests. You will have some house privileges. Bathroom is in the main house and you will have access to that and you will have access to the kitchen but you will need to be respectful of the property of the owner. Prefer someone who really wants to just heat up a few things in the microwave rather than someone who wants to use the pots and pans a lot. However we can discuss these details. And anything used must be cleaned up after. I’m retired and home a lot. Gay friendly and open to men or women but not people who are prone to having loud goings on or lots of guests. Looking for a quiet individual who needs a space for work or school. Master suite is off limits. You will also need to sign a lease agreement. We can discuss the term if a year is too long.
