The House:
Located in the Outer Richmond, this house is two blocks from Golden Gate Park and less than 10 blocks from the beach! This house is close to many stores, restaurants, supermarkets, laundromats, drug stores, coffee shops, shipping centers, the library, museums and the historic Balboa movie theater! Street parking in this neighborhood is extremely easy (no permit required!) with buses running on Fulton, Balboa and Geary! This neighborhood is active during the day and extremely quiet and peaceful at night. This is one of the most beautiful and safest neighborhoods in all of SF!

This house has an enormous kitchen (with gas stove/oven), a massive living room, dining room, patio/deck, downstairs rec room, full backyard with a grill and a huge garage with a ton of available storage space. We can discuss garage parking if necessary.

The backyard is amazing. I am currently growing vegetables in the backyard, this property is amazing for growing lettuce, broccoli, kale, etc. It's a lot of fun!

The room for rent is currently empty but there is plenty of furniture in the house. I am very accommodating to anyone who has their own furniture, which they would like to bring with them- couches, tables, pianos, anything- we can figure it out! If you don't have furniture, no problem, I have most of what you will need and more than happy to share it with you.
