I have a bedroom available 3BR/1 bath apartment, which is directly across the street from the Union St. stop on the R line, and is in a laundry/elevator building. The room has two decent-sized closets, so lots of storage space. Monthly rent is $1,350 and you would be subletting from me/taking over the lease (if preferred) beginning mid March through August 31, 2019 (with the option to renew with the current apartment-mates, if so desired.)

It's about an 8-10 minute walk to all of the trains (2,3,4,5,N,Q,B,R) at Atlantic/Pacific, so accessibility to the rest of the city is fantastic. The apartment has its own storage unit for larger items like suitcases etc. The kitchen has all new updated appliances (installed last summer), granite countertops and tons of storage. Windows in every room - this is a wonderfully sunny apartment.

I am moving out, but as noted above, but my apartment-mates are a 30 year old female who works at a Tech startup and a late-20s attorney (also a female). They are laid back and fairly social, but work long hours and thus enjoy having a living space that is clean, peaceful and refreshing to come back to at the end of a long day. One of the roommates works from home sometimes, and travels quite a bit for work. If you think the apartment sounds like a good fit we would love to hear from you!
