Near light rail and a short walk to Grove St PATH station, two stops from World Trade Center. The apartment is spacious and sunny with beautiful sunset views. In unit washer/dryer, pet friendly, with reserved parking available for a monthly fee. Eligible for Alfred in home concierge service, 24 hour doorman. We’re incredibly close to Liberty State Park, Van Voorst Park, Exchange Place, and Newport Mall. Just steps away from a full service cafe and drugstore/grocery store combo.
