Hello! I am a professional in my late 20’s seeking a roommate for a 3/2 home I rent. I keep a pretty relaxed atmosphere in the house and keep the place clean. I like to cook on the weekends (meal prep game strong) and usually go out with friends on the weekend. During the week I am busy with work and school. I work M-F and usually get home around 5:30ish which I promptly follow up with reheated meals, school work, and Netflix. I am looking for a like minded roommate who will be nice to my cat. I am also a big fan of brunch.

This listing is for a large bedroom in a 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom home in the Whitman area of South Philly. The room has 3 windows, a large closet, and a ceiling fan. The room is currently unfurnished.
The house is furnished but I am flexible on moving things around in the house and making space for whatever furniture you would be bringing. There is a ton of storage space in this home.
I have one super awesome cat. She's 20 pounds of beautiful feline who never seems to do anything wrong (won't claw or pee on your stuff, jump on counters, or bite you). However, she's terrified of other animals - so, no pets, sorry.
The move in date is flexible and you would be applying through the property management company. They require a $40 application fee, background and credit check, 2 paystubs, and employment verification.
I am a late 20's female who works full time. On the weekends I usually go out with friends. I cook occasionally. I like going to concerts and listening to music, but I keep that to a reasonable volume in the house.
The area is very walkable - it's located halfway between Snyder Plaza and Whitman Plaza giving you easy access to Target, Wawa, ACME, Marshall's, Modell's, Rite Aid, The Dollar Store, USPS, the beer distributor, Wine and Spirits, and IKEA around Snyder Plaza. Toward Whitman Plaza there's Oregon Diner, Shop Rite, Aldi, Goodwill, another Wine and Spirits, Dunkin Donuts, Ross, Blink Fitness, Burlington, the DMV, Party City, Sally's Beauty, and a handful of gas stations, convenience stores, and corner bars.
Nearby bus stops: 57, 7, G, 79, and 47
