We are looking for a third roommate to move into our cute & sunny West Village apartment by Sep 1st. This is technically a sublet, but we prefer a longer-term roommate. The monthly rent is $1868 plus utilities.
The building is a 3 minute walk from the 1/2/3, B/D/F/M, A/C/E and L trains. It is also within short walking distance of some of the city's best restaurants and bars, as well as Washington Square Park, Union Square, Meatpacking, Flatiron and Hudson River Park.
The bedroom is spacious (fits a queen size bed) and has an exposed brick wall. We are offering it furnished or unfurnished.
THE ROOMIES
Two young female professionals who like going out on weekends, but don't usually bring the party home. On weekdays we're usually traveling for work or relaxing (drinking wine) at the apt. We have been living in the apartment for several years and could not be happier with it.
THE ROOM
Bright, sunny, has a great closet space and storage above... all around the perfect size. The bedroom fits a queen-size beds plus furniture.
We're renting the room as unfurnished, but furniture is for sale if you're looking for a "turn-key" room. It was purchased for this room specifically so it does fit nicely.
Lots of closet space especially for this area and features additional overhead storage and high ceilings.
THE APARTMENT
A fourth floor walk up, so three flights of stairs to keep your buns in shape! There is exposed brick and authentic crown molding which adds tons of village character and our kitchen has a dishwasher and new appliances. Lastly the living room is super cute, bright and great for wine and cheese nights or just catching up on [insert favorite show here].
We're conveniently located near multiple subway lines the best cafes shopping and nightlife. Laundry is directly across the street (or there are great delivery services you can use).
We love pets, but sadly they're not allowed in the building.
